The story goes that the house we know today was bought by a shipowner in the middle of the 19th century, although the balcony of the courtyard that we see today is a later work. Today it is a tourist apartment building, accessible, comfortable, and elegant with the best scores in the city. This building is one of the most emblematic buildings in Cádiz because it has the only vertical garden in the city

The Armador has ten apartments and studios, plus a castle or penthouse with stunning views of the city. Each apartment, each studio, has balconies to Ancha Street, the heart of historic Cádiz

They have two single beds, which can be presented dressed as a marriage, along with a living room that has a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in microwave/oven, fridge, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as kitchenware.
